Do I need to be working with a Realtor?
No. This page is built for homeowners selling on their own. You can book professional media directly and stay in control of your sale.
Are you listing or selling my home?
These packages cover photography, video, and aerial media; you remain in control of your listing and sale. Weiss Above owner Kyle Weiss is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Missouri. If you’d like to explore listing on the MLS with a Realtor, Kyle would be happy to talk through that option with you. Booking media does not create a listing agreement or include brokerage representation.
How should I prepare for the shoot?
Declutter surfaces, clean windows and mirrors, put away personal items, and tidy outdoor spaces. We’ll confirm access and preparation details before your appointment so your home is ready when we arrive.
When will I receive my photos and video?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours after the shoot for standard media. Specialty edits and larger projects can take longer. Your delivery window is confirmed before booking.
What if weather affects the drone footage?
Aerial photography and first-person view fly-throughs depend on weather, access, airspace, and a suitable flight path. If conditions don’t allow the planned capture, we’ll discuss a revised plan or rescheduling with you.
Where can I use the finished media?
The intended use is your property’s listing and your own social marketing. We’ll confirm file formats and usage terms before booking. Virtual staging and virtual twilight edits will be identified as digitally altered imagery.
Does Weiss Above only work with homes?
No. Weiss Above is a professional photo, video, and aerial media company for properties, businesses, and other visual stories. This page is dedicated to homeowners selling their own homes.
How do I book a shoot?
Select your home’s finished square footage, choose a package and any add-ons, then select Book Now. In this preview, booking opens a placeholder; no appointment is created and no payment is taken. Your property details and any applicable travel charge will be confirmed before payment when scheduling goes live.
